- F.R.A.N.K.™ is a real estate acquisition workspace: off-market and for-sale data, Advanced Search, skip trace, and deal organization in one place.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The free tier includes a lifetime quota of 10 advanced searches and 3 skip traces with no card required.
- What do paid plans include?
- Standard is $99/month with 500 advanced searches and 50 skip traces per month, plus lead lists and favorites. Frank AI is $197/month with 5,000 searches and 500 skip traces, plus AI appraisals and AI-assisted lead generation.
- What is included in Frank AI?
- Frank AI includes everything in Standard, plus AI appraisals (as-is and after-repair value), AI-assisted lead generation, 5,000 advanced searches per month, and 500 skip traces per month.
- Does FRANK originate loans?
- No. Paid plans purchase access to data and software features. If you request financing, FRANK introduces you to independent, licensed lending firms who make their own credit decisions.
- Can I export a list of properties without skip tracing?
- Yes. Save a search and download a property list from Advanced Search. Skip trace is optional when you want owner phone and email contacts.
