Cookie Settings
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This page describes the cookies and similar technologies Frank App LLC uses on the F.R.A.N.K.™ websites and how you can control them. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. We set first-party cookies. Analytics providers may set third-party cookies when those tools are enabled.
Cookies we use
- Necessary. Required to sign you in, keep the site secure, and remember a load-balancer or fraud-prevention state. These cannot be switched off from our side. If you block them, the site may not work.
- Functional. Remember settings you choose so you do not have to set them again on the next visit.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate — for example, which pages are visited and what browser is used. We use that information to improve the site. We do not sell the information, and we do not combine the analytics identifier with your account to build an advertising profile.
How to control cookies
Use your browser’s settings to block or delete cookies. Vendor instructions are published by Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Blocking necessary cookies will limit sign-in and other core features.
To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Where the law requires consent before a non-essential cookie, we will request that consent before setting it.
